Calculator privacy
The calculator runs in your browser. Its settings are written into the page URL so you can bookmark or share a calculation. My EU Salary does not require an account and does not submit those settings to a database.
Technical requests
The web server can retain standard request logs for security, reliability and abuse prevention. These can include time, requested path, browser information and IP address. Logs are kept only as long as operationally necessary.
Contact email
If you email us, we use the message and your address to answer and manage the conversation. Do not include payslips or sensitive employment data. You can request deletion of a support conversation by emailing [email protected].
Third-party resources
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and links to official source websites and EPSOHQ. Those services apply their own privacy terms. No advertising or behavioral analytics is enabled at launch.
