Job4All initiative

Salary clarity,
without barriers.

People do not use one standard interface. My EU Salary supports adaptable display, keyboard navigation and assistive technology without separating users from the calculator or its source data.

01

Same calculator

Every preference uses the same calculations, source figures and reference pages. There is no secondary version to fall behind.

02

Your view

Clear View, high contrast, reading comfort and reduced motion can be combined. Preferences stay on this device until reset.

03

Built in

Keyboard access, meaningful structure, visible focus and screen-reader support remain product requirements—not replacements for accessible code.

Our commitment

Accessible by design.
Personal by choice.

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA and relevant EN 301 549 requirements. Representative journeys are checked with automated tools, keyboard navigation, zoom and screen-reader-oriented semantics.

Current support includes landmarks and headings, labelled calculator controls, responsive layouts, visible keyboard focus, reduced-motion support, adaptable contrast and the Job4All preference panel.

Known limitations

Accessibility is continuous work.

Official publications and linked third-party services remain outside our control and may not meet the same standard. Calculator results are estimates, and individual institutional payroll decisions still require an authoritative accessible format from the employing institution.
